Returns
For safety and quality reasons, we’re unable to accept product returns. However, if something isn’t right with your order, please reach out to us—we’re always happy to work with you to make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please email a photo of the item, including the best-by date and lot number, to info@rosellehomemade.com. We’ll send a replacement at no charge once we’ve reviewed the issue.
Refunds & Replacements
We want you to love your sauce. If you’re not satisfied, email info@rosellehomemade.com within 14 days of your order. Include your full name, order number, and reason for the request. We review each request individually and aim to resolve within 3-5 business days.
Delayed or Lost Orders
Orders typically ship within 4–6 business days. If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, contact the shipping provider first. Then forward any tracking info or updates to info@rosellehomemade.com, and we’ll step in to help or send a replacement if needed.
