Family Is The Best Ingredient

Great enchilada sauce has been shared in our family since I was a young girl. I have fond memories of my mother’s enchiladas, the most requested meal among our extended family members and the favorite of my brother and me. As I started my own family I began experimenting with the recipe my mother used, making adaptations to create the sauce I bring to you today. The name Roselle comes from a happy place of my childhood, Roselle Avenue, my grandparents’ home in the San Joaquin Valley of California. Roselle Homemade is a nostalgic nod to the very thing I hope to inspire: cherished times with people you love and memories of home and good food.

Good Meals Bring Family Together

I love to feed people. I love to inspire others to cook. I dream of encouraging quality time around the dinner table. I envision our sauce in the kitchens of busy mothers, hurried families with fast paced lives, young couples learning to cook together, college students with minimal ingredient supplies and individuals with demanding careers. Roselle makes it possible to have a homemade, super tasty, satisfying meal on the table in 30-45 minutes with very little work. I can’t wait to feed your family Roselle Homemade.
